Andrew Brody, investment banker and self-made millionaire, has just lost his father, but gained an estate. Along with inheriting stocks, bonds, racehorses, and undeveloped land, he learns that he is now the owner of a hotel that has been in the family since 1875 and should probably just be torn down.

Marissa Clark needs a new challenge – staging homes to sell and rearranging pictures on walls isn’t what she dreamed of doing when she became an interior designer. When she gets a call asking her to help renovate a historical building, she leaps at the change – what a great way to use both her love of texture and fabric and her love of history.

They believe they’re just taking an old building and giving it a second chance at life . . . but they have no idea that they’re getting a second chance too.

The Brody Hotel series is a spin-off of the Western Historical Romance series Kansas Crossroads.  The modern day series features the fourth great grandson of Adam and Elizabeth.  The hotel is looking pretty sad but soon with some love and renovations she’ll shine once more.

Lani Markland, reporter, has been given the assignment of writing an article about the McClain Boys’ Ranch near Bagley, Texas – primarily about the fundraiser they do every year to benefit those in their care. It sounds like a fun assignment . . . until she gets there and realizes that things aren’t quite what they seem.

Frank McClain has his hands full calming the emotional thunderstorms on the ranch, but all that practice hasn’t prepared him for someone like Lani. With her laser-sharp focus and probing questions, she throws him off balance and sets his world spinning.

Two people with more in common than they realize, and two hearts seeking a place to call home.

Daniel McClain divides his time between the boys’ ranch and the local hospital, using his gift to heal injuries and take away pain from his patients. He’s well used to how his gift works and what the parameters are, but something’s shifting, and he’s not sure if that’s good or bad.

Claire Hudson is looking for a new home. As a chef used to working in five-star restaurants, she’s received plenty of accolades for her talents, but something inside her wants more. She gets on her motorcycle to see where the road takes her and ends up at a ranch outside Bagley, Texas – a place where she must confront her past and accept a future that doesn’t even seem possible.

Neither expect the changes that are about to take place, but the powers that be have it well in hand.

Melissa Daniels inherited her grandparents’ pumpkin farm upon their deaths, and she wants nothing more than to keep their legacy alive by providing beautiful pumpkins to the community for Halloween. But when it’s a week before the holiday and her entire crop is ruined, she has no idea what to do. She’s counseled to talk to Benjamin McClain, the man with the green thumb, for his advice.

Benjamin McClain is more than willing to help out a neighbor in need, especially one as pretty as Melissa. He’s stunned, however, to learn that he’s actually the cause of all her problems. Thankfully, he can also be the solution—if he can just get her to trust him.

Whitney Dearden is the manager of the new floral shop on River’s End Ranch, and she’s gearing up for the holidays with pine boughs, holly leaves, and ribbons. She believes she’s got a handle on this holiday season, but then she receives an order she’s not quite sure she can fill.

Mike Prescott’s father passed away recently, and Mike wants to make this first Christmas alone a little less melancholy for his mother. Poinsettias on Christmas Eve were a family tradition, so Mike decides to cover his mother’s yard with them – five hundred and twenty of them, as a matter of fact. Now he just needs to find a florist who can make that happen.

And perhaps they could use just a little Christmas magic to light their way …
